What we collect When you book a table through this site, we collect your name, contact details, and party size to hold your reservation. If you send us a message, we keep what you write and how to reach you back. Just browsing the site does not send us anything beyond ordinary website traffic logs.

Why we collect it We use your details to confirm and manage your booking, and to reply if you've written to us. We don't use it for anything beyond that.

Who else sees it Booking details may pass through the reservation system we use to manage the calendar. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it We keep booking and message details only as long as we need them to run the restaurant, then remove them.

Your rights You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Who we are Fier is a bar and kitchen at De Clercqstraat 79, 1053 AG Amsterdam.

Bookings A booking through this site reserves a table for the size and time you request. On busy nights we may not be able to accommodate small walk-in groups without a booking, so booking ahead is recommended, especially at weekends.

Cancellations If your plans change, let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the table to somebody else.

Prices and menu Our menu changes with the season. Prices are as shown in the restaurant at the time of ordering.

On the day We do our best to seat and serve everybody promptly. On our busiest nights, service and food can take longer than usual — we'd rather get it right than rush it.

Law These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
